Paris Café began with a simple wish: to bring the unhurried grace of a Parisian salon to Sterling Heights. A room where the morning starts with a warm croissant and the afternoon winds down over a pot of tea and something sweet — and no one is ever rushed out the door.
Honed marble and brushed gold. Blush velvet you sink into. A gilded Eiffel glowing at the heart of the room. Every detail is being chosen so that the moment you step inside, you're somewhere a little more beautiful than a Tuesday on Ryan Road.
We're still building. But we wanted to invite you early — to follow along, and to be here on the very first morning.
We didn't want a café that simply serves good coffee. We wanted a room that changes how the afternoon feels — symmetrical and soft, warm with gold, quiet enough to think and lively enough to linger.
The renders here are the real plans for Ryan Road: arched alcoves, a glowing Eiffel at the center, hand-perforated brass screens that scatter the light across a mosaic floor.
It's nearly ready. These are the details we're getting right before we open the doors.
We didn't set out to open a café. We set out to bottle an afternoon in Paris — and serve it on Ryan Road.
We're putting together the founding team at Paris Café — baristas and pâtissiers, servers and shift leads, warm faces who love good coffee and the little rituals that make a café feel like home.
